Unfortunately, due to the nature of the business, we cannot accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
For dog walking services, bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellations made more than 4 days before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 4 days of the booking will be charged at 50% of the booking fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled walk will be charged at 100% of the booking fee. Where possible, we will always try to accommodate date changes or rescheduling requests subject to availability. Please contact us and we will do our best to help.
